Yintang: Hall of Impressions, The Third Eye, The Upper Dantien

This point, located between the inner edges of the eyebrows, is a reflex point of the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland, also known as the master gland of the body, directly affects the entire endocrine system. Yintang is able to calm and relax the entire body by controlling hormone secretions via this gland.

When activated by a needle, this means that Yintang can alleviate symptoms associated with taste, smell, speech, hearing, tremors, tics, tinnitus, migraines, headaches, insomnia, eye issues, memory disturbances, lack of focus, and general 🧠 function.

Spiritually, Yintang activates our Third Eye, or 6th Chakra, which is the center of intuition or spiritual vision. It fosters our sense of connection to others and to nature. This magical point will make you feel calm, centered, and relaxed.

Lightly press or tap this point to receive its benefits when acupuncture is not accessible!

A video of my dog, Mugs, passed out with Yintang and a bone in his mouth :)

With Love,
