INSURANCE FOR ACUPUNCTURE
Today, many health insurance companies cover the cost of acupuncture treatments. Vedana Acupuncture + Wellness accepts all major insurances including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, United Health Care, Veterans Affairs, Personal Injury, Auto Accident, and Workers Compensation cases.
Our office offers complimentary insurance coverage verification as a courtesy to you. By submitting your information via the form below, we are able to verify whether your insurance covers acupuncture, and the details of your policy benefits.
By inputting your information in the submission box below, we can begin the process of verifying your benefits through your insurance provider. Some of the answers that we will obtain for you are:
Does your policy cover acupuncture?
Does your coverage have any exclusions or limitations?
Do you have in or out-of-network coverage?
Do you have an annual deductible?
Do you have a co-payment or co-insurance?
Do you have an annual visit limit?
If you would like your first acupuncture appointment to be billed to your insurance, it is suggested that coverage information be submitted to be verified at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. This will expedite the process of reimbursement for your treatment.
Full payment is due at time of service. After receipt of reimbursement from the insurance company, the patient is then either refunded the amount or a credit is added to your account. I offer time of service discounts to non-insured and cash-paying patients. If our services are not covered under your plan, then you will be informed of alternate payment options for future treatments prior to your initial visit.
Unfortunately we cannot bill to Medicaid/Medicare at this time.
I do accept HSA payments.
