I personally don’t use cannabis recreationally, but have found so much comfort in CBD (cannabidiol) products over the last few years. Although CBD comes from the cannabis plant, most CBD products don’t contain THC (what gets you high), or they contain small amounts of it but not enough to cause any side effects related to feeling high. Instead, they are known for their anti-inflammatory properties as well as relieving pain, headaches, insomnia, and reducing the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress.
I have found that using CBD oil in my night time tea, or as needed when I am feeling an onset of anxiety, is immensely helpful and a safe, natural, and effective way to chill out. It calms down my nervous system and physical symptoms of anxiety like the 🐘 sitting on my chest, shortness of breath and jitters. Additionally, CBD helps me fall and stay asleep which has been a lifesaver for me, having always been a light sleeper.
It seems as though CBD is in almost everything lately, making it even more important to buy from companies that use locally sourced CBD from trusted farms. Some companies that I like are Mary's Medicinals and Honeybolt.
If you are curious about the benefits of CBD, I offer topical balms, oils, and lotions in conjunction with acupuncture treatments at my office, and sell quality CBD products. Please don’t hesitate to contact for more information- I would love to chat with you!
